Why choose me?
Who I am
I am a passionate psychologist who is also a person with ADHD, on the autism spectrum, and non-binary. These aspects of my identity shape both my perspective and my connection with the people I work with. In addition to my therapeutic practice, I also work as a diagnostician for ADHD and autism spectrum conditions in adults.
I am deeply committed to ongoing learning, whether through formal training, discussions with other specialists, or independent research. In my free time, I enjoy creating psychoeducational content. I am a member of PTDBT, and I work in English and Polish, with some knowledge of Spanish.
My credentials
I hold a five-year Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Warsaw (2018–2024), which included a semester at the Universidad de Valencia as part of the Erasmus program (February–June 2021). I graduated with a grade of 4.5 out of 5. My empirical thesis explored gender identity bias towards binary and non-binary transgender individuals, and my master’s thesis examined psychotherapists’ perceptions of online versus in-person therapy. The first of these studies was published in the post-conference volume “(In)equalities. Faces of Modern Europe.”
I have just completed postgraduate studies in Psychodietetics at SWPS University in Warsaw. In addition, I am enrolled in the DBT Intensive at Psychwire (2025–2026), a comprehensive year-long training designed to strengthen the skills of therapists working with or beginning work in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Beyond these, I have completed countless additional courses to continually expand my knowledge and skills in psychology, diagnosis, and therapy.
Since October 2025 I’m starting my training in psychotraumatology in order to help you process your trauma experiences better.
My approach
In my practice, which I offer online, I aim to create a safe, welcoming, and accepting environment where clients feel understood. I place great value on collaboration, working with each person to find the path that suits them best. My sessions are designed to be warm and empathetic, while also structured enough to ensure that our time together is meaningful and productive.
I do not believe in rigid rules; instead, I adapt my approach to the individual by drawing on methods from DBT, CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Schema Therapy, and others, depending on what is most helpful. My work focuses primarily on supporting adults who are neurodivergent, particularly those with ADHD or on the autism spectrum, as well as adults from the LGBTQ+ community and anyone open to collaborative therapeutic work.
Who I help
I work with adults who are:
- Exploring ADHD or autism diagnosis
- Living with ADHD, autism, or AuDHD
- LGBTQ+, queer, or questioning their identity
- Struggling with depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, borderline personality disorder, or burnout
- Looking for a therapist who truly “gets” neurodivergence and queer experience
- Just feel that I might be the person who can help them
Why Clients Choose Me
- I’m both a psychologist and neurodivergent myself (AuDHD, nonbinary). I understand from the inside what you might be going through.
- Specialized in LGBTQ+ mental health. I’ve worked extensively with queer, trans, and nonbinary clients.
- Evidence-based. My approach combines science with lived experience — practical, compassionate, and grounded in proven methods.
- Therapy designed for you. I don’t assume one rigid way of providing therapy – for each client I adjust the therapy and its elements so it’s personally suited, most helpful.
- Global access. All services are online, so you can work with me from anywhere.
